GaugeSetBackgroundColor agauge color

Command to set the bakcground color of the Gauge agauge to the color color.

color must be a valid color, see also setPenColor!

Example: 

g=(Gauge [][Gauge1] 400 123 wxGA_smooth)
GaugeSetBackgroundColor g "blue
